    In this research, we analysed the publicly available GFC tree cover loss layer in QGIS. To produce the raster layers of decadal tree cover loss patches in the Cuvette Centrale peatlands in the DRC, we used GoogleEarth Engine. This code is available here: https://code.earthengine.google.com/cfba2e89839a2cdc2e2412db1675e73e.
